• make a list of all the ways in which, according to Christians, God expresses His love.
• complete the sentence 'Love is ...'

Conclusion

Conclude by telling children that, for many Christians, one of the most important sentences in the Bible is found in the third chapter of John's Gospel. It is, 'For God so loved the world that He gave his only Son.'
