Decide which of the rules below are good and which are bad. Put a tick by the good ones and a cross by the bad ones. Then write some good and bad rules of your own.

Only boys are allowed to use the computer
Do not open other people drawers
No running in the class room
Everyone must have school dinners
All children must pay to come to school
On the carpet, only one person at a time is allowed to speak
Children should not have break times
Children who break a rule should be punished
Do what your teacher tells you to do
Coats and shoes must be worn during P.E.
